What you need to be part of the team

• A passion for riding and competing, and ideally training/judging
• Competing to an affiliated level
• It would be useful to have a BHS teaching qualification
• Self-motivation, ideally with some business/sales experience
• Self-confidence and great communication skills to convey the fantastic product benefits
• A flexible approach as some weekend work, including overnight stays, will be necessary
• An initial stock investment of approximately £20,000 – bank supported finance available What you will get in return
