Leading the way to Burghley

(Rutland County Show)
Renowned producers of competition horses and Sue Carson Saddles enthusiasts, Vere Phillipps and his wife Clea Phillipps, have been celebrating even more success!
At the Rutland County Show, Vere and the six year old 'Belle Amie' claimed third place in the hotly contested Polly Phillipps Memorial Contest, whilst Clea and the Burghley-bound 'Lead the Way' took fourth place and then went on to win the 1.25m Open. Two weeks later, a delighted Vere secured second place in the Grade C final again on 'Belle Amie' at the East of England show.
