Mr President IV Becomes KBIS British Equestrian Dressage Horse of the Year

(London International Horse Show, Olympia)

Mr President IV, the talented and popular advanced dressage horse, owned and ridden by Sue Carson Saddles endorsed rider, Dr Steph Croxford was crowned the KBIS British Equestrian Dressage Horse of the Year at this year's London International Horse Show at Olympia.

Having performed outstandingly at Grand Prix level and battled against some of the world's leading professional dressage riders this year, Steph and Mr President IV took the title following their excellent performances in the FEI Western European League World Cup Qualifier at Olympia.

Less than a week later and the pair were back on the road travelling to Mechelen in Belgium to take part in their third FEI World Cup qualifier.  Finishing eigth in the CDI-W Grand Prix and ninth in the CDI-W Grand Prix Freestyle, Steph and Mr President IV finished ninth overall and moved up to eleventh place on the leaderboard.

Steph faces two more qualifiers before the final in March which takes place at ’s-Hertogenbosch in Holland between the 27-30 March.
