What you need to be part of the team
- A passion for riding and competing, and ideally training/judging
- Competing to an affiliated level
- It would be useful to have a BHS teaching qualification
- Self-motivation, ideally with some business/sales experience
- Self-confidence and great communication skills to convey the fantastic product benefits
- A flexible approach as some weekend work, including overnight stays, will be necessary
- An initial stock investment of approximately £20,000 – bank supported finance available
