Working: Becky has an impressive record within the equestrian world teaching, judging, organising events and lecturing. In 1995, she moved to Herefordshire where she breeds and trains horses with her partner Phil Woof. In 2000, she became Chairman of the Vale of Usk Riding Club where she, as part of the team, won the British Riding Club Team Dressage Championships.
Training: Becky is a List 3 Dressage Judge who loves teaching. She explains, “I think it is important to pass on the knowledge that I gained over the years, and to encourage riders at all levels.” She herself has trained with Kalman de Jurenak for many years and for the last five years has had regular training sessions with Carl Hester.
Competing: Becky has owned her Hanoverian dressage mare, Desiderata (Blondie), since she was a three year old and has developed a wining partnership. Winning at both the Welsh Festival of Dressage and Kingston Maurward in June and competing at the Hickstead Masters in August helped the pair to secure their ticket to the Intermediaire II National Championship in September. They are now competing at Grand Prix level.
