Nicole is best described as Sue Carson's right-hand girl heading up the office and yard at Sue Carson Saddles Headquarters in Brassington. Juggling many balls at once, she manages production, supports the distributors and even finds time to muck out the horses!

Like many youngsters Nicole has been riding almost as long as she has been walking but dedication and a huge amount of determination has, despite a few falls along the way, kept her in the saddle and given Nicole the opportunity to collect a few qualifications along the way. This experience now enables Nicole to provide invaluable advice, assistance and support to both customers and Sue Carson Saddles Ltd's sponsored riders while Sue and her team of distributors are on the road covering the UK and Ireland measuring and fitting the full range of dressage, jumping, show and multi-purpose saddles - each bespoke and made to order.

Nicole has recently been the subject of a case study for the British Grooms Association - testament to her hard work and an example to those youngsters seeking an equine career.
