Director of Sue Carson Saddles and dedicated horsewoman, Sue holds a wealth of knowledge, she has dealt with every saddle fitting issue. Sue has Evented to Intermediate and Showjumped to Grade C. Sue is a list 1 judge, an International Dressage rider and currently competes to Grand Prix level with her horse.

Martyn has been part of our team since 2018 and over the years, has built a fantastic rapport with his loyal client base.

With a BSc in Equine Science, accreditation as a BHS Coach and experience actively competing up to Prix St George, Martyn brings an extensive equestrian background to his role. His experience gives him a thorough understanding of the individual needs of both horse and rider, while his approachable nature and wealth of industry knowledge are highly valued by his clients.

Martyn provides a comprehensive and personalised fitting service centred around finding the right solution for each individual horse and rider combination.

Covering Cornwall and the wider South West, up to South Wales and Herefordshire, and across to Hampshire, Martyn is never too far away from our clients throughout the region.

He also makes regular trips to Jersey, where we are proud to have built a fantastic client base over the past five years of visiting the island.

Lily is the Sue Carson Saddles Head Groom and Office Manager. She has a wealth of equestrian knowledge from her Degree in Equestrian Sports Science. Lily is always working hard behind the scenes to keep our horses in top shape and keeping the office running smoothly.

Lewis covers the Midlands and South East.

Lewis has ridden all of his life, 

groomed for one of the largest hunts in the country and worked for a large stud producing showjumpers.  

He then later found a passion for dressage.

Lewis particularly enjoys producing young/ quirky horses and helping others to achieve the best with their horse.
